Solutions

Services describe what we can do. Solutions are the shapes those services actually take when someone hires us — with a defined scope, a defined length and a defined thing you hold at the end.

012–3 weeks

AI Readiness Sprint

For leadership teams that need a decision, not a pilot.

Two weeks inside your operation to find where AI actually pays, where it does not, and what has to be true before anything ships.

Outcomes

  • Ranked list of automation opportunities with effort, payback and risk
  • One opportunity taken to a working proof, not a mockup
  • Data, security and governance gaps written down
  • A build sequence your team can execute or hand to us

Zero to Product

For founders and new business units starting from nothing.

Brand, product design and engineering in one team, from empty repository to something real people can use and pay for.

Outcomes

  • Positioning, identity and a design system
  • Designed and built product in production
  • Analytics, billing and the operational surface around it
  • A codebase your own engineers can take over

Platform Modernisation

For companies whose systems are now the constraint.

Incremental replacement of the software holding you back, without freezing the roadmap or betting the company on a rewrite.

Outcomes

  • Architecture assessment and dependency map
  • Strangler-pattern migration plan with reversible steps
  • Modernised services in production alongside the old ones
  • Reduced infrastructure cost and deployment risk

Embedded Team

For teams that need senior capacity, not a staffing agency.

A cross-functional KLR AI pod — engineering, design and technical leadership — working inside your process on a monthly basis.

Outcomes

  • Consistent senior delivery without a hiring cycle
  • Your rituals, your board, your definition of done
  • Architecture and code review as a standing function
  • Scale up or stop at the end of any month

How we behave

Say the hard thing early

The most expensive part of a project is the concern nobody raised in week two. We would rather lose a scope than let it fail quietly.

Small enough to reverse

We prefer changes that can be undone. Reversibility is worth more than elegance, especially in someone else's production system.

Own the outcome, not the ticket

Delivery is not the finish line. If the thing shipped and nothing improved, it did not work — and that is our problem too.

Leave the team stronger

Every engagement ends with documentation, a walkthrough and people who understand what they now own. Dependency is not a business model.

Solutions

These four cover most situations, not all of them. If yours is shaped differently, say so — the scope is a starting point, never a constraint we impose on you.
